Gulf Coast Real Estate Consultants, LLC (GCREC) was established in 1998 in response to the need of the telecommunication industry for quality wireless network (cell site) development.

GCREC is a certified Minority Business and Small Disadvantage Business. The company currently has 40 salaried employees and multiple approved and qualified sub-contractors across the Continental United States. GCREC currently has offices in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and Florida.

GCREC is a full service national firm providing comprehensive site acquisition; program development; project and construction management; full service monitoring and maintenance at our National On-call Center (NOC) as well as many other related services associated with the development of wireless networks.

GCREC has a state of the art NOC to provide 24 x 7 x 365 day monitoring, management and maintenance for the Distributed Antennae Systems (DAS)projects it develops.  Our staff monitors the  systems to insure peak performance and reduced downtime.  The monitoring services include regular and recurring testing of the system components and provide confirmation of the system performance within the recurring reports. 

GCREC has extensive experience with the complete development of wireless development including macro and DAS solutions.  GCREC’s successful development resume of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) include the development of one of the nation’s first neutral hosts DAS at the New Orleans Convention Center.

In addition to offering site acquisition services to carriers and developing DAS solutions throughout the United States, GCREC offers other services in the telecommunications industry such as project and construction management.
